Josh Bragan
#20
Josh is a captain this season and one of the team’s regular defensemen.
Josh has a nice hard shot from the blue line and is a stand up defenseman, taking every opportunity to take opposing forwards out of the play.
Sam Fitzpatrick
#21
Sam plays center on the Black Hawks’ ‘’red’’ line and is one of the hardest workers on the team.         He’s a captain this season and leads the team by example, with his work ethic and positive attitude. His leadership and skilled play will be missed next season.
Brandon Ward
#5
Brandon is leading the team in goals this season and playing wing on the team’s “red” line.         He’s a fast skater and has some nifty moves with the puck. His ability to get into scoring position makes him a very dangerous player whenever he’s on the ice.

Jimmy Fitzpatrick
#9
Jimmy is a stalwart on defense, playing against the opponent’s top line most of the time.
He’s a captain this season and has taken his job as captain very seriously. His hand-eye coordination is amazing and he gets pucks that most people can’t get to.
D.J. McGary
#17
D.J. is a solid defenseman, pairing with Bragan to form a solid and physical defensive unit. His physical presence makes opponent forwards think twice about going into the corners for loose pucks. We’re counting on him to be a leader for us in the time to come.
Alex Donovan
#26
Alex has been a solid player on the “orange” line. He’s becoming a strong skater and has a knack for finding loose pucks around the opponent’s net. His physical presence makes him hard to defend and also makes him an important part of our defensive systems.
BH-mclaughlin-dc-pt-04 BH-ivey-dc-pt-04 BH-farrar-dc-pt-04
Cole McLaughlin
#13
Cole pairs with Fitzpatrick on the stopper defensive line. He’s a hard hitter, who rarely is caught out of position. His presence in front of the net makes it hard for the opponents to pick up easy goals. Cole is very good at breaking the puck out and gives us a solid presence every time he’s on the ice.
Eugene Ivey
#3
Eugene has taken on the right wing position of the “green’’ line this season.
He’s one of our fastest skaters and gives us a hard-charging forechecker and solid defensive play. Eugene is always a very positive influence for our younger players.
Hugh Farrar
# 31
This is Hugh’s first season with the Black Hawks and he plays goalie. While he has seen limited action so far, he has shown promise and could be contending for the starting position next season. We like his positional play and can see him adjusting to the high school game more every week.

Alaina Stewart
#14
Alaina has emerged as the fifth defenseman this season in her first year with the team. She has picked up our systems faster than anyone and we’re confident in her ability to do the job whenever we sent her into the game. She plays very well rarely getting caught out of position.
Lucas Grant
#12
Lucas is the center on the “green” line and the hardest skater on the team. His speed and determination make him a thorn in the opponents’ side every time he’s on the ice. He’s among the top scorers this season and we think he will have a breakout year next season.
Brandon Malone
#22
Brandon is a wing on the “red” line. He has made great strides in finding what it takes to play at the varsity level. With his speed and confidence improving, we think he will become one of the better players in the league. He can play both forward and defense, giving us great flexibility in the future.

Alex Casillas
#23
Alex plays every forward position on the “orange” line and is a very heady player.  He is among our best players when it comes to being in the right place all the time. He’s a fast skater who is among our best backcheckers. He has a nice hard shot and will be an important player for us in the seasons to come.
Gage Hunt
#10
Gage is another first-year Black Hawk and we’ve put him on the wing on the “green” line. He’s another converted defenseman and can play any position on the ice. He is one of the hardest workers on the team and never gives up when he’s on the ice, posing problems for the opposing team with his quickness.
Ethan Nickerson
#2
Ethan has been playing wing on the “orange “line” and has given us another fast skater on the ice. This is his first year as a forward and he’s improving every week. We see him as another important piece of the team in the time to come.
BH-brewer-dc-pt-04 BH-porter-dc-pt-04 BH-clark-dc-pt-04
Chase Brewer
#33
Chase is one of our three goaltenders this season and is showing a lot of promise. While he hasn’t seen a lot of game action so far, we’re confident his adjustment to the high school game will find him in net more often in the future. He’s technically sound and is an important piece of the team puzzle.
Payton Porter
#1
Payton has seen the bulk of the action this season in net. His technical skills are superb and he has made some spectacular saves while defending our net. He’s a very focused player who rarely makes a mistake, giving the team confidence that our goalie will be ready when protecting our end. He will see a lot of action in his career with the Black Hawks.
Cameron Clark
#7
Cam is already a very polished player with an ingrained hockey sense. He seems to always be where he needs to be when we put him on the ice. He has seen action as our first forward off the bench this season. We see him as being a very important player for us in his time here.
BH-peabody-dc-pt-04 BH-tracy-dc-pt-04 BH-harmon-dc-pt-04
Lucas Peabody
#15
Lucas has also seen limited ice time, but when he’s been on the ice, he’s shown that he knows what we need from our players. He’s rarely out of position and will be one of our keys in the future.
Jessi Tracy
#11
Jessi has seen limited ice time so far this season, but her work in practice has elevated her game to the point that we see her as one of our regulars in the seasons to come. She’s been one of the fastest players to pick up our systems and as she matures, we think she can help us to future successful seasons.
Rachel Harmon
#24
Rachel is another player who has seen limited action, but her improvement in practices shows she will be a contributor in the future. She has been playing mostly forward this season, but will probably see time on defense in the seasons to come. She works as hard as anyone on the team.
BH-hannigan-dc-pt-04 BH-trickey-dc-pt-04 BH-holmes-dc-pt-04
Seth Hannigan
#8
Seth suffered an injury while playing bantam hockey this season and has not had much time with us on the ice. We saw vast improvement in his game in the short time he had with us and that speaks well for his future with the team.
